Your calls/texts are very important to Radiance Skin Spa and we are eager to speak with you. Our hours are by appointment only. As a courtesy to our clients, when in session, we will be unavailable to answer the phone. If you do not leave a message/text, we will be unable to return your call/text. All calls/texts will be returned as soon as we are able to. Thank you for patience and understanding!
We ask that you soften your voice upon arrival. Also please turn off your cellular devices. Our goal is to provide the most peaceful and relaxing environment possible to each and every guest. Thank you for your consideration.
Radiance Skin Spa is exclusive to you at the time of your appointment so we kindly requests all clients to please arrive on time to your appointment which will allow for you to unwind, drink some water, and use the restroom. New clients please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out your initial intake form.
Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply. If the unfortunate circumstance occurs and a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify when possible.
Unanticipated events happen…it is a fact of life, but please note your reserved appointment is time exclusively for you. Please acknowledge and respect the cancellation policy, keeping in mind that “no shows” or last minute cancellations leave empty treatment times and other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience… Remember your time is reserved especially for you.
Paula kindly requests that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a fee equal to the full treatment cost.
Cash, checks, Visa, Amex or MasterCard. Payments are due upon completion of services.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
SPA FINDER/SPA WISH
Spa Finder/Spa Wish gift certificates are accepted on any full priced service(s). Spa Finder/Spa Wish cards may not be used or combined with any other special, promotion, products or discounts.
Gratuities are never expected, but graciously accepted for outstanding service. Standard practice for excellent service ranges from 10-25%.
